report writing tool, an intuitive end
user interface backed up by a glowing

purchased ASR’s core HR and e-HR
modules.

Recently,
Deloitte launched flexible
benefits for their management group using
the ASR Self-service intranet module.
Each manager was given an allowance
from which they could purchase a range
of additional benefits, including health insurance,
AVCs, additional life assurance
and additional annual leave. In order to
make the purchases, the screens were
dependent on complex calculations, for
example salary and hours in the case of
annual leave and age and gender and
age in the case of life assurance.
Deloitte worked with one of ASRs implementation
executives to create these
screens using fields and data already on
the core data manager module. A pilot
was carried out and on screen guidance
information was then included.
The project was a resounding success,
users were happy with the system and
accurate comprehensive reports and
statements were provided to all relevant
parties within a very fast timeframe.

has
greatly enhanced HR service delivery,
however we do recognise there is so
much more we can do with the system
and with ASR’s help we look forward to
moving things forward in the very near
future.

ASR’s
e-HR software, a new module for
Kennedy’s has been rolled out to some of
the firm already including 15 Line Manager
access views and all employees
via self-service, which Claire says has
been a ‘godsend’ in freeing up HR time.
Instead of HR receiving 10 phone calls
a day from employees finding out what
their holiday balances are, they are now
only receiving one a week.
