Accord Timesheets is a complete timesheet entry system to compliment ASR's suite of products including Accord Payroll and Accord Invoicing and Credit Control Software.

Accord Timesheets allows data entry and collection over unlimited offices and sites providing full support for operations over a wide area network (WAN). Accord Timesheets supports employees, subcontractors and companies for processing payments and/or generating invoices.

Accord Payroll Software

Accord Timesheets allows for easy checking and validation of timesheets collected from multiple sites or offices.

Remote Data Entry over a Wide Area Network (WAN)

Accord Timesheets allows operation over a Wide Area Network (WAN) with several offices or sites processing data and submitting this to a central site for payroll processing and/or sales invoice generation.

Extensive User Security

Accord Timesheets has a security model based on User Groups. This model provides strict access control for entering and querying data based on group membership only allowing the user to see and change offices, sites and records relevant to their status throughout the system.

Configuration of Jobs

Accord Timesheets allows complete definition of jobs to compile the timesheets. Timesheets can be compiled for each job, trade, sub job or employee.

User definable rates and overtime schemes/factors allow for complete flexibility.

Support for unlimited customers, trades, sub jobs and full diary functionality allow it to cope with even the most demanding requirements.

Employee, Subcontractor or Company

Each record can have the status of employee, subcontractor or limited company. For candidates with a default trade, rate and/or office this can be linked directly to the employee record.

Included on the candidate record are contracts signed flags e.g. health & safety, bank details, next of kin and reference information and a comprehensive diary function to record actions and notes.

Search & Query

Accord Timesheets provides a search & query interface that can span multiple offices drilling down to the candidate details and complete payment history over multiple tax years.

Simple Creation of Timesheets

Creating your new timesheets in Accord Timesheets is designed to be as simple as possible without infringing the flexibility and capability of the system.

Overtime Factors & Rate Schemes

Accord Timesheets allows even the most complex overtime and shift patterns to be incorporated into the system.

Additionally full support is provided for multiple calendars including daily, weekly and monthly calendars.

Integration with Accord Payroll

Accord Timesheets integrates seamlessly with Accord Payroll to allow for data to easily be collated for each site office.

Easy Data Entry

The intuitive data entry screen allows for easy entry of trades/jobs, hours and/or amounts. Data can be entered for current previous and future periods. Timesheets can also be modified (user rights allowing) and new candidates, rates etc set as required. Once the timesheet line is complete it can be released (either single or multiple lines) for checking and transfer to payroll and/or Accord Invoicing and credit control.

In Accord Timesheets you can also add notes to individual cells.

Integration with Accord Invoicing and Credit Control

For users with the Accord Invoicing and Credit Control software Accord Timesheets integrates seamlessly with both payroll and sales ledger. Additionally you have the option of transferring your data to sales ledger and transferring this to payroll at a later stage typically on receipt of invoice payment. Once data has been transferred you can already begin creating invoice proposals.

Timesheet Summary

The Timesheet summary screen provides the ideal interface and selection criteria for effective timesheet management over multiple sites or offices. Full drill down support is provided to access the original timesheet for inspection and modification as required.

Accord Timesheets Reporting & Validation

Accord Payroll provides a full set of validation reports as standard.

All reports can be modified to suit any company specific requirements.

Additionally Accord Timesheets is shipped with an internal report designer to design and create your own company specific reports.
