Our customer relationship management system ensures calls are completed within the framework of ASR's Service Level Standards.
ASR make the results of support calls available to customers for comment and feedback, and once a call is closed ASR invites users to rate the service they received. Regular performance reviews helps ASR to maintain exceptional levels of customer service.
